Under the overpass

After breakfast with Alan and Trevor we drove to Carl's place, originally planning to watch a film in Carl's Kino but quickly realising that a film really wasn't what either of us wanted. We settled for an episode of Ballykissangel instead. We'd watched an episode last week which had been really good, thanks in our opinion to its having been written by Keiran Prenderville, instigator of the show. Today's effort wasn't anywhere near as good, even though it was certainly watchable.

I was back in my own place around 2:00 pm and grabbed a little nap before heading out in more glorious sunshine for a bit of blipping. I opted for the Broadmeadow estuary near Swords, a location which has served me well before on Blipfoto. As it happened, the swans weren't on form today, though several cars had stopped and they were being fed. They just weren't up to their usual blippable standard, so I went back under the M1 overpass to take some shots of the structure with its supporting pillars and its play of shadows and reflections.

The rest of the day was lazy and uneventful.
