Os Backes

"Os Backes" is on a sign on the ridge of the roof.
There is actually nothing to be found on the internet if only that Windhausen where the "old" baking house is located was a poet/writer.
Just below the slope where the baking house is located is also an old barn that could very well be the original baking house.
