Blossom blast....

A grey, chilly and drizzly day today! And colder, snowier weather is forecast for overnight! So we got prepared and did a bit of food shopping this morning, just in case!
 
A little wander round the nature reserve on Canvey too and lots more blossom beginning to show! More of that than birds to spot again today! Although there was a nice group of goldfinches.  There was also a large area 'fenced' off with construction site signs all around - but nobody working or any notices of what will be happening there! I have a feeling it might be to start clearing some of the burnt trees and bushes from last year, but I could be wrong!
