Architecture of Reima and Raili Pietilä

Took this photo of Hervanta Central Axis after my Yin Yoga class nearby. This unique architecture complex of Reima and Raili Pietilä is one of the first examples of  Postmodernism in Finland: arches and rounded corners refer to the Art Nouveau architecture. Simultaneously, these recall also other historical periods, such as ancient Roman ruins.
