Not quite the world's biggest brewery.

I have 2 weeks in this stunning place, with the challenge of putting some details to the plan to help the brewery become carbon neutral. In this agricultural region with high sun and rainfall, it is far from the top issue in most people's minds. Aaron and Sara in the picture are part of the diverse dream team of 10, 6 nationalities and such a range of styles and approaches. The mutual respect is tangible.
