International Women's Day

Here are the four women featured in my set of Lakeland playing cards. There are plenty of inspirational modern women to choose from but I decided to highlight the fact that women have been significant over the ages.
I have blipped these cards before - was glad to find these women - but less pleased that there are nine men to these four women. No Dorothy Wordsworth either!
