Out for a run

We had a Nose Work training session between 6 and 7 AM then a quick walk before I had to be at work at 8.

After work we spent a couple of hours in the training hall and finished with another walk.

It has been so cold again today. We had just gotten used the the warmer weather. Brrrrrr.
