Meet Up with friends

When we set the date of our meet up for today, we suddenly realised it was on International Women's Day... and we're a bunch of internationals up here; the one from England, the other from Switzerland and me from Holland... all three of us with roots here in Chania and our friendship of 40+ years.

After seeing my friends here at the beach booth, my SIL (yes Ex SIL, but we call ourselves still SIL) came here to see me as well. So really a Women's Day for me in all respects.
