Salmon for tea

I don't cook very often. Martin (responsible for food and finance) enjoys it but now he's working away 5 days a week.  Finally I've got bored of baked beans on toast/cheesy pasta so have branched out with using the actual oven.

This very easy salmon in foil and with leftover rice was delicious.
