Econelo

This is an Econelo Nelo 3.1. It can drive up to 45 km/h for about 60-65 km. Charging the battery takes about 8 hours. So plan your trips carefully.
Anyone with a driving licence AM is allowed to drive it. You need a licence plate, which you get with your insurance (every year a new sticker for your licence plate); costs between 25 and 50 Euro, depending on how much you want to insure.
The Econelo is made in Germany. And yes, a passenger can join you :)

Edit: investigation taught that this vehicle is most probably made in China (perhaps only assembled in Germany). I found a number of different brands, also Chinese ones.
