New garden lights

When we moved into this house 28 years ago, it had lovely old garden lights, which gradually fell apart over the years, but I kept them because I loved them. Yesterday I had them replaced with the latest LED equivalent — not exactly the same, but close enough to make me happy. As Lampedusa said in THE LEOPARD, “In order to stay the same, things have to change.”
