Is it snowing!!

Such excitement! They've been wanting snow all winter, so were delighted yesterday, and when they woke up there was more! We had a power cut in the middle of the night as well, just to add to the drama for them! 

They had some time before school and went outside to play in the snow. For some reason, the youngest decided to try and get onto the roof of the garden shed (about 6ft), he can do it quite easily normally, but slipped as he was getting up there and fell. So, that was the end of any snow enjoyment! Nose bleed, ice-0ack, bruised leg (and ego). Plenty of hugs and some warm milk to sooth. Delivered him to school still a little shocked and with many protestations. 

Husband took the boys for dinner out as well done for being brave / well done for looking after your brother (the eldest is amazing in an emergency).
