It was Thelma's funeral today.  Quite a small affair but her daughter put together a lovely service. Lots of pieces of music that Thelma loved. As the celebrant said 'It was a life well lived' .
Afterwards I headed off to meet A as we had tickets for To Kill a Mocking Bird.   It was a fabulous production and definitely recommended. Matthew Modine was playing Atticus Finch.
The National Portrait Gallery is closed for renovation, my blip is from outside the building. Great idea but slightly spoilt by the road furniture!!!
