Flooded footpath

Back to this weeks main themes of rain and the river with a blip that brings together both, with added railings, ripples and reflections to extend the list of things beginning with 'r'. This is normally a footpath, but today the river had risen just enough to spread across it. As I watched the water whilst working out how best to get an interesting photo of it I realised the rising water was coming through the railings onto the path in regular slow waves, which would then bounce back off the wall and collide with the next one coming in, in an interesting way.
