Goslings again in fact, but who ever let facts stand in the way of a good title.

Great big babies.

This is our third set of greylag babies on our little pond at Archerfield, East Lothian. The other, older, families have been taken across the golf course to the irrigation lake which is much bigger and has many more goose families. They keep the older goslings in large crèches, so improving their individual chance of survival.

Interesting car journey last night.

Me: I seem to be strangely drawn to waterfowl for my blips at the moment
Offspring No 1: Yeh, it's really freaky.
