Sutton Snow

A day of slightly altered plans due to snow, kids picked up a bit early. I do love snow! And I love these street lamps with the Sutton rose on them… from a time when people seemed to see the value of a bit of extra time and effort, in the name of a little extra touch of beauty, a little more often than they seem to now…

Then in the afternoon Sam got a call from his Dad asking if he’d go with him to the vets, to take Ella (their dog) and say goodbye… she’s been in the Lyden family longer than me…
