Flattened Dandelion Clock - an Iconic Mandala.

It rained so much last night that most of the dandelion clocks looked very battered today. This one kept its firmness (still a few drops on it which you can see in large) and I am sure it will spring back up to spread its tiny seeds if we get any sun in the next couple of days.

BLIP SEEMS RATHER MANDALA-LIKE with its concentric circles of people spreading out from blip-central world-wide. We all have our place in that mandala. And a huge thank you for all the wonderful comments, stars and hearts for yesterday's swan and mountain blip!
INFORMATION
Mandalas are very special symbols. The word "mandala" is from the classical Indian language of Sanskrit. Loosely translated to mean "circle," a mandala is far more than a simple shape. It represents wholeness, and can be seen as a model for the organizational structure of life itself--a cosmic diagram that reminds us of our relation to the infinite, the world that extends both beyond and within our bodies and minds.
