The lady who owns this establishment once did her business in Crieff: the place had a good reputation as a specialist whisky bar. She moved to Stirling, and things seem to have gone downhill from there. 
The building is in a poor state, and I haven't seen it open for quite some time. Everywhere seems to be closing up shop: a 21st century blight.
