Church spire, Greetham

The campsite in Rutland was great - expensive but worth it; underfloor heating in the showers (bliss!), laundry facilities and a great dog walking area. All important things to note!

The local church spire, viewed from the laundry room, was typical of many we saw in the area. They were obviously designed to soar above the local landscape.

The day was largely one of travelling up from the Bath area, past Oxford and up into Rutland.  A long one, but lovely to meet this chunky pony in the morning at the campsite in the Bristol/Bath area. He was too busy chomping to pay much attention to us alongside!
