Amber Warning

The Met Office gave an Amber weather warning for snow -Storm Larisa duly arrived over night. A foot and a half of snow. I cleared the drive whilst number 2&3 kept cosy and then got the inevitable call that the Standards and Conduct Committee I was due to be presenting at in Leeds needed to be moved on line. Lots of calls in short time set things up. Grateful for the energy to shift the snow, for the new shovel bought months in advance, for the Bottle of Red from number 2 to say thanks, and to the team for getting the online meeting and webcast sorted.
