3 am this morning a text arrived warning me that the mains power to the greenhouses had failed.
We were soon up and out to find the power to half the nursery was off. The half filled with tender plants and an outdoor air temperature of-2C. Checking all the trip switches nothing appeared wrong and 15 minutes later power came back on. Standby power hadn’t cut in.

Talking to the electrician this morning he thinks one of the phases had dropped out. He will investigate on Monday.

Not as much achieved as I had hoped today due to being up half the night.
