Inspired by another weathervane.

I had never really noticed before but they are all over the place - on clock towers, church spires, private houses and this one on an old Victorian coach house. Apparently the ancient Greeks are known to have used them and the vikings had them on their ships, displaying characters from Norse fables. Cockerels on steeples relate to Peter’s denial of knowing Jesus.
I think I feel an obsession coming on - although none so far match the one I blipped on the 13th November last year!
