Recycling

Hyacinth bulbs bought for the house never get thrown away but are replanted in the allotment. Of course I never remember where I’ve planted them so it was a pleasant surprise to find these babies in bloom nestled next to the fence behind the berries and, strangely, right next to the withered hyacinths I’d recycled a couple of months ago. Not great weather though so I didn’t hang around this morning, just long enough to dump the kitchen compost and cut another bunch of daffs.
