The Memorial Tree

I did my volunteering session in the forest this morning in high winds and pouring rain. Not the most enjoyable experience, but I was cheered up when I passed the only blossoming tree in the forest. As Forestry England do not plant blossom trees I can only assume that it was planted by the family who erected the memorial bench.
