Purple Crocus Flowers

An afternoon meeting with the u3a Photography Group.
 
Today’s picture is of some of the many crocus flowers in one of our front borders. The main picture shows a deep purple flower; the extra shows some of the paler ones including a stripy one.
 
The temperature at noon today was thirteen degrees Celsius; it was very windy.
