Strava Day 648.
Three weeks ago, my first cousin brought these packs of whole grain rolled oats from Manila. Since all of us (Gramps, Gramma, B, me and sometimes T) at home have it for breakfast daily, this small jar is all that is left. Though we still have the quick-cooking variety, we prefer the slow cooking rolled ones. Somehow, it (the rolled ones) makes you feel fuller (despite the same fiber and calorie content) and somehow it is cheaper than the Premium Whole Grain packs however it is rarely available in our local grocery that we have to either get our supply from the city or via online orders.
Gramps treated T to Jollibee lunch after his first Holy Communion yesterday. Had to choose not to go to his event so I could walk/run and order ahead before the crowd but was able to convince him to take pre-event photos at home.
B went with him but as apparently there are 15 sections of third graders from Central school and ____ sections from other schools with their parents, he was only able to get a couple of semi-decent shots of T).
In case you're wondering where is the "tiny" in "Tiny Tuesday" here, it's the small antibiotic that was given by my dentist. Third session of the root canal will happen today after lunch. Title is Japanese for gratitude as per Google.
