Ellie and Ellie

Ellie's friend from preschool came home with her today; her friend is named Ellie too. It was the first time her friend had ever had a play date without her sister so her mom wasn't sure how she would do, but she did great. The girls played for 4 hours. At first, I heard my Ellie doing all the talking but before long the other Ellie was engaging in imaginative play. The other Ellie cried when her Daddy came to take her home. 

I heard my Ellie tell her friend that her Mommy lived in another state and the response was, "That must be sad." End of conversation. 

Tonight she was so tired and she is in bed sound asleep at 8:30PM. I am a bit tired myself tonight so I will be going to bed soon too.
