Sunshine and hail showers

A frustrating day. J still refusing to take his meds (although he was eventually convinced to take the ones that were supposed to be taken at breakfast time about 5pm) and complaining about being told what to do. Lack of response from the professionals that are supposed to be caring from him too.

Still, I have managed to back blip each day from last week. I liked the way the hailstones on the velux window balanced the clouds beyond.
