Fence in Blizzard, Skiddaw

Forecast was for clouds clearing to give sunny spells. We set off up Skiddaw in a blizzard, hoping for it to clear near the top, but it simply got worse, eventually, in really high winds, we detoured to Longscale Fell.

The weather did eventually clear - around 2pm just as we got back to the car! Miffed!
