Sunshine and showers.....

.....Rain, hail and snow, a bitter wind and temperatures just above freezing.

I've felt the shock of the cold weather on my first walk back in the UK.

For the past two weeks I've had day temperatures between 28C and 35C dropping to around 22C at night, I've worn only short sleeves.

Reality hit when I had to layer up and wear gloves on my lunchtime walk and I was still freezing.

I'm also very, very tired.
