Monterey Pines behind my house

These lovely trees have really been swaying with our recent big storms, but so far only small branches have fallen, one of which landed harmlessly in my back yard. It's scary to watch them in the wind, though, and I'm glad the storms are fading in intensity. We have another storm coming on Monday, but they say it won't be as big as the previous ones. Whew! The extra photo is the row of Monterey pines on a second path further down the hill behind my house. They loom over the visitor parking lot.
