Peach Street Distillers

This is a little "do it all here" distillery just on the west side of the Continental Divide in West Colorado. I'm about 80 miles from my first canyon target, Moab. I stopped here on Julie's suggestion. The name of the town is Palisades. Lovely mesas around the town. These guys do a lot of home brew distilling: Such as, Jalapeño infused vodka, speciality gin, varietal grappas, and several different types of tequila. Tasting spirits was certainly different!
