Well done Richard. He took part in the 5km in Inverness today and completed it along with some work friends. They’ve made a little running group that meet up a couple of times a week hoping to build up to some longer runs.
Richard sent me this photo when he had finished. They were lucky and stayed dry , not sure the marathon runners were so lucky as the heavens opened several times later in the day.
