I had a 121 with Beatrice in BKK in the morning which was great fun - and then I was guest at a new networking group which was actually quite good.

The afternoon was chewy - I am really struggling getting stuff done this week .... 

Neil and I went to the Singing Girls for coffee and some food and back home I at least managed to review Alan's articles.

This is finally off the table ... wooohoooo
