The Scottish National War Memorial

The Scottish National War Memorial within Edinburgh Castle. I was very honoured and privileged to be invited as a volunteer with the Commonwealth War Graves Commission to a very posh event to launch the charitable side; The Commonwealth War Graves Foundation in Scotland. A really lovely evening mingling with some VIPs and finished off by being encouraged to visit the Scottish National War Memorial and given special dispensation to take photographs, which is not normally allowed. A very special occasion.
