Easy day

Today was one of those rare days where we just took it easy. No running around, no task list. I even took a day off writing!

Instead, we slept in, had breakfast scones, went to Smeaton for lunch & plant perusal, bought plants, local apple juice & honey, and then came home for an evening Pilates session. Nicely stretched, we went for an evening walk & I took this photo of the hebe by the door. We seem to have missed all the rain showers today, but the garden got a nice soaking.
