Yellow, White & Pink

Daffodils and Hellebores in our front garden! It's lovely looking out of the kitchen window at this display with, a little higher up, pink buds on the Magnolia. Just off-shot there are also mini irises and crocuses. Gorgeous spring flowers! Thanks as ever to Anni/BikerBear for hosting Flower Friday.

Was at our daughter's when little Miss B came home from Nursery in short sleeves, her jumper in her bag. "It's like lummer," she said (summer, that is). She got in her toy car and asked me to drive her (push the car) to a beach! (None available, sadly!) She told her mum she'd been 'roasting' at Nursery!

Earlier I'd pushed the young master around every corner of the village to try and get him to sleep. (He was clearly tired.) After half an hour, at last, his eyes closed. Walked for another ten minutes to make sure he stayed asleep, and then left him outside the back door in the pram, where he snoozed for two hours. Almost unheard of by day! Mrs B was well pleased as she was able to do some long overdue clearing and tidying without interruption.

Now ready for bed after my busiest day this week of recuperation. Have a great weekend, blipmates.
