My vegan breakfast

Inspired from last night. Wasa cracker from Sweden with vegan mayo and avocado and on top bruschetta from Trader Joe's with green tea. Last night at the Vegan Meet Up I had a wonderful conversation with a dancer, who just came back from Spain, a free spirited lady, and with a commercial artist, who is now training to become a pilot. The dinner started at 5 PM and ended at 8:30 PM. I had planned to stay only for an hour.
 I am not planning to became a vegan, but it's interesting to check things out.
