North Pole in Siilinkari

Emma went to the hairdresser and we decided to walk to the Siilinkari sector light which lies on the Siilinkari islet. It was almost like we were in the North Pole! Wind was brisk and there was sleet in the air. We saw only a handful of people on our trip. Peetu could ran free, that was great. Views were grey. A large helicopter flew over us again and again, some kind of exercise I guess.  When back in Lapinniemi, I did not wonder where all people were - they were in their warm homes.

We met Emma in the Cafe Fazer, what a bliss it was to have a snack in the warm place.
