Reality

After last weeks excursion to the mountains in near perfect conditions it was back running in the clagged in and sodden local hills.

I don't mind this reality, sometimes it's nice not to worry about taking photos throughout with the pressure of ensuring the beauty does not go to waste. 

Some days it's nice just to get your head down and run.
