Mini cake!!

This little beauty was part of a Mother’s Day box, 4 inch so enough to serve 4 large portions or 6-8 smaller ones, it was vanilla sponge with ganache and caramel filling.

Chocolate ganache on the outside a Cadbury’s purple drip, sprinkles and curls!

This looks really good and I’m so pleased with it! X
