Meet Paul

This is Paul...one of my neighbour friends.  He and his wife Viv moved from England about 30 years ago.  He is a very talented and creative carpenter.


They return at least once a year to England to visit family.  Paul's Mom is 93 and still lives at home in England.


This is Paul and Viv's main residence as they own several properties. When they bought this place..it was about 2,000 sq feet.  After about 15 years, Paul has added on two full suites to this residence..and the house size has now tripled. The rent out two suites and live on the top floor. Now about 6,000 sq feet  in total.


If you look to the left of this picture, Paul is now adding on a little storage area to the left of the garage.  He is always adding on and creating more space to his residences.


One of these days I will take a photo of his whole house...and the view they have of the lake...which they both love.
