location, location, location

As the saying goes for locating a new business, also seems to apply to the garden.
There are five cabbage plants in the center of this picture, and as I hope you can see the three plants farthest away are a lot bigger than the two closer plants. The three are planted close to beneficial companion plants, the sage, and the potatoes beyond the cabbage.
