Mothering Sunday Tudor Style

Another day, another hat!

A while ago we visited a local Tudor house and whilst there I booked afternoon tea for Mother’s Day. Not knowing what to expect, as it’s run by volunteers, we were pleasantly surprised.

George loved dressing up and after his food, he slipped into an adjoining room to chat to a volunteer dressed in traditional costume.

I love how they can bring these places ‘alive’ for children. George hasn’t stopped talking about it :-)
