This took my fancy at the Biscuit Factory Art Gallery in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, visited today with my daughter. I didn’t open my wallet. We especially wanted to view works by Jim Moir who is also, apparently, a comedian. Most of his paintings had a red dot on the description. He has done very well.

I enjoyed lunch. She wasn’t impressed with some of her plate. A pity. I had the same salad and I thought it was really lovely. No accounting for taste! 

We both enjoyed the gallery and will make a return visit.

I bumped into four people I know well. Such a small world.
