As showers passed overhead at lunchtime we decided to get kitted out in full waterproofs for a walk in Dalby. This in turn ensured the sun came out and I ended up carrying the layers of clothing I had added.

Spotted this Chaffinch with its eye on a gatepost. Someone had topped it with seeds. However it refused to tuck in whilst we were in the vicinity. It did make a good photo though
