Birthday Present to Self

The aforementioned birthday is weeks away yet, but I bought myself a present anyway. I started to learn as a kid, but quickly gave up under peer pressure. Hey, I was only about seven. Was searching for anything that might help the learning process when I came across a wee book, the guy makes, what I thought to be, a wild claim that with his book and 45mins practice a day one should be playing this piece in six weeks.
