Green Man With Hat

I always thought this was more of a Berlin thing but I'm quite happy if it spreads.

The last day of the conference is always odd - it feels low-key and I find that after 2 days of listening I've stopped hearing words and taking ideas in.

All I really want is to get home.

So the hours dragged a bit and there was just time for a quick lunch.  Soup was offered, reheated Frikadellen from breakfast, some skewers of chicken(?), there were also a fewwrap type things cut into slices.  Desserts were 2 types of yoghurt and you could have an apple.

The run home was notable for some crap Elephant Running on the Autobahn.  Yes, that is a thing here.  It means when articulated lorries try to overtake each other and the speed difference is not high and they can block all 3 lanes of the autobahn.  There are stretches where lorries are not allowed to overtake.
