Daffodils

This is not the most photogenic side from which to picture Crathes Castle. Unfortunately it was the only place I could incorporate some daffodils in the foreground. I had to crouch to get the flowers into the picture. I was somewhat relieved I was able to return to a standing posture!

The morning was sunny, but by the time I was here in the early afternoon there was a lot of cloud around. Any thought I had entertained about discarding a layer of clothing, or changing to a lighter coat, have had to be abandoned for the time being.
