Flat cross buns...

It's the first time I've cooked with yeast and it didn't rise as much as it was supposed to. Tastes okay though! Also defrosted the freezer, so a pretty exciting day. Found myself gazing at the ice melting and thinking of climate change.

Perfectly nice day actually. Glorious sun and wind on the sea, but I was driving so couldn't take a photo. Nice lunchtime swim. And it's not my turn to cook tonight, yippee.
